Furmulate offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through this site (collectively, the "Services"), subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By visiting our website, using our Services, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced or linked on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1: ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given permission for any minor dependents under your supervision to use this website.

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws when using the Services.

You must not transmit viruses, malware, worms, or any destructive code.

A violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access to the Services.

SECTION 2: GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Services where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, unauthorized resale, or unlawful activity.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or commercially use any portion of the Services, website content, or access to the Services without our prior written permission.

The headings used in these Terms are provided for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

SECTION 3: ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided through our website is accurate and current.

However, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

Information provided through the Services is intended for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional veterinary advice where veterinary care is appropriate.

We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 4: PRICES AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICES

Prices, promotions, discounts, products, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or portion of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law.

Prices displayed at checkout before an order is submitted will apply to that order, except in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error.

SECTION 5: PRODUCTS

Furmulate currently offers products for dogs, including topical care products and grooming accessories.

Our products may include:

  • Anti-itch spray;

  • Paw and nose balm; and

  • Plastic grooming brushes.

Product availability may vary.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, packaging, colors, sizes, and other characteristics accurately. However, the appearance of products may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, packaging updates, or manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product packaging, or restrict sales where reasonably necessary.

Products purchased through our website are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

SECTION 6: PRODUCT USE, PET HEALTH AND SAFETY

Furmulate products are intended for use as described on their respective product labels and instructions.

Our topical products are intended to support your dog's general skin comfort and care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

Information provided on our website, product pages, packaging, advertising, or other materials is for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as veterinary advice.

Anti-Itch Spray

The Furmulate Anti-Itch Spray:

  • Is for external use on dogs only;

  • May be applied to areas such as the paws, belly, and body in accordance with the product instructions;

  • Should not be applied to open wounds, cuts, or otherwise injured skin.

If your dog has an open wound, cut, significant skin injury, or another condition requiring medical attention, consult a veterinarian rather than applying the product to the affected area.

If your dog has known allergies, known sensitivities, or a history of reactions to topical products or ingredients, consult an appropriate veterinary professional before use.

Discontinue use if your dog experiences a significant or unexpected adverse reaction and seek veterinary advice where appropriate.

General Product Use

Always read and follow the instructions provided with the product.

Keep products out of reach of children and do not use a product for a purpose other than its intended use.

Individual dogs may respond differently to topical and grooming products. Results may vary and are not guaranteed except as expressly provided under any applicable Furmulate guarantee described in our Refund and Return Policy.

If your dog's symptoms are severe, persistent, worsening, associated with an injury, or otherwise cause concern, seek professional veterinary care.

SECTION 7: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

You will not be charged additional customs duties or import fees by Furmulate beyond the amounts presented to you during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other logistical events.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Additional shipping terms may be described in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 8: BILLING AND ORDER INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law.

This may include orders that reasonably appear to involve:

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment activity;

  • Incorrect pricing caused by an obvious technical error;

  • Abuse of promotions or offers;

  • Unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution; or

  • Other violations of these Terms.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order when reasonably necessary.

If we modify or cancel an order after it has been submitted, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

For information regarding returns, refunds, and guarantees, please review our Refund and Return Policy.

SECTION 9: THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES

We may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, integrations, or other services operated by third parties.

These third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms imposed by the applicable third-party provider.

Our collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle personal information and the privacy rights that may be available to you.

You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Furmulate intellectual property.

SECTION 16: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Individual results from products may vary between dogs.

Except for any express guarantee provided by Furmulate and any rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, we do not make additional warranties regarding particular results from use of our products.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, security concerns, or misuse of the Services.

Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue after termination.

SECTION 21: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies and other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Furmulate regarding your use of the Services.

Our failure to exercise or enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
